Our delivery and shipping services are one of the best of their kind and we try to incorporate every small detail that we can so that our customers are satisfied and content with our services.

We have authorized Aramex Shipping Company as our shipping partner to deliver the items you buy online from our site. For items which require installation, we have a dedicated team of professionals at Ashrafs who will deliver and install (see attached installation policy).

  • What is the general estimated time of delivery?

Your delivery is generally scheduled for the next business day time that you place your order. But it may delay for 2-3 working days depending on the amount of orders we receive every day. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.

In case of items such as televisions of size 50” and above, washing machines, refrigerators and other major appliances, which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 5-7 business days.

  • What if I miss a delivery?

Our delivery partner will contact you again thru call/ SMS/ WhatsApp on business and reschedule the delivery. If they are not able to reach you after multiple attempts, they will transfer the case to our customer service department for further follow-up

Deliveries are subjected to delays if information is incomplete/incorrect. Orders may be placed on hold if the bank raises concern for authentication of the transaction.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever. has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by and accept’s decision regarding the cancellation.
